Artur Font is a founding partner of Ars Veterinaria Hospital (1981) and director of the Internal Medicine Department.

Graduated in Veterinary Medicine in 1978, Artur is both AVEPA-certified in Internal Medicine and a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ECVIM-CA).

His active involvement in veterinary medicine over his long career has led him to be a member of the AVEPA scientific committee (1993-2009), direct AVEPA’s continuous training courses (1998-1999 and 2000-2001), serve as vice-president of AVEPA (2008-2011), which culminated in his appointment as its president (2012 to 2015).

He has also been a member of the Leadership and Nomination Committee of the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) and run the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona’s intern program at Ars Veterinaria.
